The Chalk Hill Collective on Field Street

Wilson family winery anchoring the Chalk Hill Collective on Field Street - a destination site shared with Never Never Distilling and Alpha Crucis Lounge.

Family winemaking, third generation

Chalk Hill Wines is a third-generation McLaren Vale family winery run by the Wilson brothers Jock and John. Their wines include the Alpha Crucis single-vineyard range and the everyday Chalk Hill label, focused on McLaren Vale Shiraz, Sangiovese, Cabernet and Italian varietals.

The Chalk Hill Collective

The Chalk Hill cellar door is co-located at 56 Field Street with Never Never Distilling Co. and the Alpha Crucis Lounge, making it one of the busiest and most varied tasting destinations in the Vale. Tastings are hosted in the Cellar Door or the adjacent Alpha Crucis Lounge. Bookings strongly recommended.
